Water Slides Hire for Kids Parties in Johannesburg & Pretoria
Nothing clears a garden of overheated kids faster than a wet slide.
We hire inflatable water slides for birthday parties across Johannesburg and Pretoria — delivered and set up in the morning or the day before, splashed on all day, collected when it's over or the next day.
You bring the tap and the plug point. We bring the rest.

Delivery
Delivery is charged by distance from Waverley, Joburg, from R370. That covers four trips — out and back to set up, out and back to collect — so nothing's hidden in it. Tell us your suburb and we'll give you the exact figure with your quote.
What you need to have ready
A slide is simple to run, but it needs a few things from your side before we arrive:
-
Water supply and a garden hose — the slide runs off your tap through the day.
-
Electricity and an extension cord — the blower that keeps the slide up plugs into a normal wall plug.
-
A flat patch of grass — we peg the slide into the lawn to anchor it, so grass or soft ground is needed, not paving or tar.
No operator needed — once it's up, it runs itself. We handle set-up, testing and collection.
Most people book a week or two ahead, and that's usually plenty. Spring and summer weekends are the busiest, so a bit earlier is safer then. But if you're reading this on a Saturday morning and need a slide today — message us anyway. We'll do our best to make a plan.
When to book
What it goes well with
A slide handles the middle of the party. Parents usually pair it with a slush or candyfloss machine to keep everyone fed, a stretch tent for shade over the food table, or a jumping castle for the kids who've had enough of getting wet. For a younger crowd, the soft play set gives toddlers a dry spot to play alongside.
Quick questions parents ask
Do you set it up, or do I?
We deliver, set it up, test it and collect it afterwards. You don't lift a thing — just have the tap and a plug point within reach.
What if it rains on the day?
Light drizzle makes no difference — everyone's wet anyway. If there's a proper storm, message us and we'll sort out the date. We'd rather move it than have kids out in lightning.
Who watches the kids on the slide?
An adult should keep an eye on the slide during the party, same as any water play. The slides themselves are soft-sided and pegged down safely.
Does it have to go on grass?
Yes — we peg the slide into the lawn to hold it steady, so it needs grass or soft ground, not paving or tar. Tell us your surface when you book.
Can I book last minute?
Often, yes. A week or two ahead is ideal, but if you need a slide at short notice, message us and we'll try to make it happen.
Tell us your date, your address and how many children — and we'll get your slide booked in
